供货商二次勾兑劣质油 3名犯罪嫌疑人被刑拘

<p>　　本报邯郸电(记者陈正)4月7日、8日，曾经在磁县县城某加油站加过油的车主发现自己的爱车出现异常，多数车辆出现打不着火、途中熄火、油路不畅的问题。一些司机及车主从油箱中抽出汽油发现，油品颜色发红，明显异于正常的汽油，遂向加油站讨要说法(本报4月19日报道)。近日，磁县警方以涉嫌生产、销售伪劣产品罪，将3名加油站的供货商刑事拘留。</p>

<p>　　据悉，加油站事件发生后，磁县县政府第一时间成立了工作组对事件进行调查，并查封了当事的加油站。事后统计共有1559辆不同类型的轿车受损，其中私家轿车为1215辆，直接造成的维修赔付损失200余万元。据当事加油站经理介绍，加油站购进的是河南安阳一个具有合法资质的大型成品油库企业售出的成品油，不料竟出现如此大面积的质量问题。随后加油站所属公司成立了理赔小组，对受损的车辆进行登记、检测、维修并现场对其所加油品进行了赔付，为此公司支付了214万余元。</p>

<p>　　据磁县警方介绍，目前警方以涉嫌生产、销售伪劣产品罪，将涉案的当事河南安阳某石油有限公司3名犯罪嫌疑人刑事拘留。据警方介绍，该公司具有储存、销售成品油的资质，但是并不具有生产、调制成品油的资质，犯罪嫌疑人为了攫取更大的经济利益，从他处购买了8种化学制剂将其掺入成品油中进行勾兑销售。</p>
