Nowadays,people particularly living in big cities are increasingly concerned with their health considering the fast pace life and enormous pressure from work. As such, a growing number of people take exercise regularly in order to keep fit,for instance ,square dancing,cycling and swimming.Doubtless these activities are hugely beneficial to body body healthy by improving, physical conditions pleasing human mind and relieving stress. First of all, doing exercise is the best way for people to build their bodies . If can contribute to health in many ways such as blood flow,heart beat and in table of nutrients Secondly,physical exercise can also make us feel happy.After doing exercise ,we will fell more relaxed than we used to be .Research shows those who often take exercise are 80% happier than counterparts with little amount of exercise Last but not least sports is considered an effective way to relieve stress. This is because when playing sports,people are more likely to forget the trouble on their mind. Instead they are concentrating on the physical tiredness or strain they are experiencing . From the above-mentioned reasons ,it is fair to say that taking exercise does much good to human well-being.
